Founded in 2017, Smart Growth Solutions believes every person can grow, learn, and thrive with the right support. We provide Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) under Indiana’s Family Support Waiver (FSW) and offer Veteran Housing Assistance across Indiana.

Our mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and veterans build independence, develop life skills, and live meaningful, connected lives.
