Founded in 2017, Smart Growth Solutions believes every person can grow, learn, and thrive with the right support. We provide Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) under Indiana’s Family Support Waiver (FSW) and offer Veteran Housing Assistance across Indiana.

Our mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and veterans build independence, develop life skills, and live meaningful, connected lives. Smart stands for intentional, evidence-based support; Growth reflects steady progress in confidence and independence; and Solutions represents our commitment to personalized, creative care for every person we serve.

Smart Growth Solutions is proud to support Indiana veterans through our Veteran Housing Assistance programs. We help veterans secure safe, stable, and affordable housing while connecting them with community resources, employment opportunities, and personalized support services.

We help individuals gain independence in their everyday routines. We use a hands-on, person-centered approach that lets individuals practice real-life skills in safe, supportive environments at home, in the community, or during structured sessions.
